Return, Refund, & Exchange

Before you return the product please make sure to contact us.  We want to make sure we help you in any way possible before you return an item.

Your Heartfelt Gifts Co. has a 30-day return policy.  You have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return. RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR ANY PRINT ON DEMAND OR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS (unless it was a mistake on our end) Your product must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with all accessories.  You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase with your order number when contacting us. 

Return and Refund Process:

  • Please make sure to contact us first before you return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Once we receive your package, we will inspect it to make sure it qualifies for return or is defective. Once inspected we will send you an email approving or declining your refund request.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
  • Please note a 30% stocking fee will apply on returns if the item was not damaged or defective when received by customer.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*** Please note if you have not received your refund within 3-5 business days make sure to check your bank account first or credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be posted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, print on demand, or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to give us a call so we can start the exchange process if approved.
